Buy in bulk and customize your cut selection to fit your family. Bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, ham, shoulder, sausage, and more are yours to choose before processing. Price is per hanging weight pound and includes processing. Expected hanging weight for half a hog is between 90 and 110 lb, and depending on the size of the hog and your choice of cuts, you will receive between 60 and 80 lb of meat. A $200 deposit reserves your half hog today.

How to Use:
- Reserve: Your $200 deposit is charged immediately to hold your half hog.
- Butcher Date: Your hog goes to the butcher on the availability date you select at checkout.
- Choose Your Cuts: About a week before, we email you a cut sheet so you can pick exactly what you want.
- Delivery and Balance: Your order is ready roughly 2 to 4 weeks after the butcher date, depending on smoking or curing, and the balance minus deposit is charged when it is packed for delivery.
