Buy in bulk, and customize your cut selection to fit your family. Bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, ham, shoulder, sausage, etc can be selected by you prior to processing.

Price is per hanging weight pound, which includes processing. Expected hanging weight for half of a hog is between 190 - 220 lbs. Depending on the size of the hog and your choice of cuts, you will receive between 120 - 160 lbs. of meat. Bacon, sausage and ham have additional processing fees. The deposit will be charged immediately to reserve your half hog.

How it works:

  1. The $200 deposit will be charged immediately.
  2. Pigs will go to the butcher on the availability date you select on the next screen.
  3. A week before, we will email you a cut sheet so that you can choose the cuts you want.
  4. Your order will be ready approximately 2-4 weeks after the butcher date, depending on if you request anything to be smoked or cured. The balance (minus deposit) will be charged when your custom order is back from the butcher and packed for delivery.
